We offer a full traditional architectural service for our clients, which includes full architectural design services.
However, we are also able to tailor our designs and services to your individual projects; exploring new solutions to traditional frustrations within the industry.
Our past projects include numerous multi-residential builds in South East Queensland and Northern NSW, including subdivisions, townhouse developments, stand-alone ‘town homes,’ apartment developments and mixed-use / urban infill developments.
Our completed projects range from townhouse projects to new homes, as well as smaller projects such as granny flats, extensions and renovations.
With a focus on boutique and small-scale projects, our past work includes commercial buildings (pharmacies and medical centre developments), mixed-use development design (‘shop top’ housing), and fit-outs (retail or commercial fit-out design and documentation).
The design of interior spaces from materials, colour and finishing, through to lighting and furniture. This includes design and documentation for our residential works, as well as for commercial and retail fit-outs. We can also collaborate with interior designers to achieve the desired results for clients.
Our service for all clients begins with the site context. Master planning for a project including masking best use of the site available for the building forms, and how they relate to, and inform the spaces on site. Services can include design concepts for landscape form, as informed by the site constrains, including topography, building locations, drainage, solar access and prevailing weather patterns. We collaborate with landscape architects and trades on projects as required to achieve the desired result for clients.
We have assisted clients in creative re-use of existing materials available on-site, or sourcing recycled materials to suit. This can assist you with stretching your project budget further and reduce the impact of the project on resources and the environment. We can also assist clients in working with less-typical building methodologies, such as strawbale construction, hydronic heating systems and prefabricated (modular) construction.
