This modern home design is currently under construction in Coorparoo. The core concept for this project: is the resurrection and transformation of a dilapidated timber church, into the core of a modern family home.
This modern home design functions as a co-house for 2 families or separate groups. It is being built slowly, evolving with the needs and budgets of the occupants over time.
This house will open for Gold Coast Open House in October 2023. Details for bookings coming soon for the weekend 7th-8th October. A sheltered terrace links this older home with the site around it. The focus for this project was to enable the client's family to entertain outdoors. Encouraging their growing children to make best use of the yard and pool takes pressure off the spaces inside.
