We designed this generous luxury home, and master planned the site for our clients.  This project received a commendation from the Australian Institute of Architects for Sustainability on the Gold Coast. It was also shortlisted for the Houses Awards 2023 - Sustainability Category amongst other wonderful homes nationally.

Renovation of living spaces to this existing home in Burleigh Heads, on the Gold Coast, formed the second stage of this master planned home renovation.

A sheltered terrace links this older home with the site around it. The focus for this project was to enable the client's family to entertain outdoors. Encouraging their growing children to make best use of the yard and pool takes pressure off the spaces inside. Located on Gold Coast, the South-East Queensland climate makes outdoor lifestyle a natural way to live.

This timber and steel public shelter helps define a public gathering point and resting place. We assisted with the architectural design and documentation for the structure - developing the concept in conjunction with John Mongard, Landscape Architect.

This modern beach house design is based on a renovation to an existing single storey brick home in Burleigh, for a client's growing family.

Commercial Office Fitout, in Surfers Paradise. This fit-out includes a mix of shared offices and open workspace. It is constructed using a mix of new materials and furniture, with repurposed recycled materials as features.

This project reinvented a 30 year old, 2 bedroom townhouse. The original building was designed by a prominent Brisbane Architect. The design for the renovation added another level into the existing building volume, adding an extra bedroom, bathroom and significant value for the owners.

We renovated this tiny 1 bedroom unit, close to Brisbane City. It was designed to make best use of it's tiny footprint, allow comfortable entertaining with guests, and make the most of the city views.

This Queensland style home was renovated and extended to suit the needs of a growing family and modern lifestyles.

We designed this home for a family who were establishing a new farm in Central Queensland. It is designed a pavilion home wrapping around a covered central courtyard which serves to access all parts of the home, and a central entertaining area.

This modern home design functions as a co-house for 2 families or separate groups. It is being built slowly, evolving with the needs and budgets of the occupants over time.

We designed this home as a retreat for our clients and their extended family. It is located on acreage which has allowed an open plan to maintain privacy from neighbours, and establishment of extensive gardens which are evolving over time.

This home was designed to wrap around 3 sides of a courtyard in order to create a more private landscaped retreat for the owners. It is designed to use recycled materials through the build in subtle ways, along with other features which help the home function more sustainably.

This pavilion home was designed to allow it to operate flexibly as either a home for an extended group of family and friends, or to serve as a bed and breakfast accommodation. We designed this to be prefabricated and craned into position on site.

We designed this house for our client, based on a detailed brief for their vision of their home. The client has then furnished and landscaped the home to compliment and re-enforce this Homestead theme.

We helped clients to renovate their 100+ year old home in one of Brisbane's traditional suburbs. The house needed significant design input, to enable it to cater for a growing family. The project included a number of challenges. The original features of the house remain the focus (coloured glass, pressed metal ceilings, vj's verandahs)

This project started as a renovation to one of Brisbane's original 'day night' chemists, in Coorparoo. It evolved into a complete redevelopment of adjoining sites to incorporate a new pharmacy, medical centre, allied health tenancies, and new coffee shop. This was Terry White Chemists first development of their own stand alone tenancy.

A modern hinterland home design for a couple who were moving from inner city Brisbane suburbs to this treed location. This simple house form sits in a beautiful site, and enjoys views to Moreton Bay.

Sustainable Home Design in the Highlands at the Ecovillage in Currumbin Valley, on the Gold Coast. It is designed around a central 2 storey core, of a dining room overlooked by a family room. This space opens to the views with a 5m high retractable glass door.
